Project Description
Cyclife Aquila Nuclear (CAN) are engaged in several high-profile, long-term projects for the design, manufacture, and commissioning of bespoke, turnkey, solutions to meet our clients’ technical needs.
The project is in an advanced state and requires the Project Manager to step straight in and manage several key stakeholders to drive the project through to successful completion.
Your role
The Project Manager is required to manage the full project lifecycle and be the point of contact to the client. They are required to manage all project elements including the design, engineering, procurement, build, testing and installation and provide oversight and management of the subcontractors which can involve some challenging and robust conversations.
Your Task
Please prepare a 15-minute presentation on the following (in any order):
- Outline your understanding of the full project life cycle.
- Highlight potential challenging stakeholders including subcontractors and within the supply chain.
- Propose a communication plan with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate compliance to both internal management systems and contract requirements.
